Our story
The Oak Group was founded by Adurah Fanimokun, who also runs OakGroup Care. Years of delivering person centred care at home showed us how much depends on the people doing the work, and how often they are overlooked, underpaid or poorly matched to the job.
So we built a recruitment service around two simple ideas. Employers deserve staff they can genuinely trust. Carers and cleaners deserve good work close to home, paid fairly and on time.
