The Oak Group Recruitment has a zero tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking.

• We verify identity and right to work for every candidate and check that bank accounts are in the worker's own name.
• We pay workers directly and never charge work finding fees.
• We watch for signs of exploitation, such as multiple workers sharing one bank account or address, or third parties controlling documents, and report concerns to the Modern Slavery Helpline (08000 121 700).
• Staff receive training to recognise and respond to modern slavery risks.
