Candidate terms

• Our service is free for candidates. We will never charge you a fee for finding work (Conduct Regulations 2003).
• You confirm the information and documents you provide are true and your own.
• We may share your profile with employers for suitable roles; your contact details are only shared once you are put forward.
• Temporary assignments are on the terms set out in your assignment confirmation.

Employer terms of business

• Fees and charge rates are confirmed in writing before any introduction or assignment.
• Employers must provide a safe working environment, site induction and any role specific PPE.
• Introduction fees apply if a candidate introduced by us is engaged directly within the period stated in your terms.
• Free replacement applies within the guarantee period stated in your agreement.

Using this website

Do not misuse the site, attempt to access other accounts or upload unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
